Great family vacation in Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik – The “Heart” of Croatia beckoned us to dream of visiting the externally beautifully preserved medieval city. The pearl of the Adriatic hit even on the ferry, when we crossed the bay, the view is simply amazing: the transparent sea, beautiful houses with red roofs, bright flowers, a hospitable city met us with such a landscape. The water was so clear that the boats moored near the shore seemed to just stand in the sand. We stayed at the hotel, although it is possible to rent apartments in the city, our hotel is a small but quite comfortable Rooms Vjera 2 *, it is located 500m from the old city. The room had one double bed, a private bathroom, internet, air conditioning. The hotel terrace is equipped with a dining area where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast and enjoy the expanse of the sea. We traveled without children, but the hotel offered a children’s menu, on the territory there is a landscaped playground, a private pool and babysitting services, if necessary, for a fee. Perfect yacht voyage in Croatia
How great it is to have people around you who are pushing you to decisive action.
One evening, at a party with us, my husband’s colleagues offered to fly to Croatia, rent a yacht and go camping. Ha, everyone laughed and died out. But a month later, the husband came home mysterious from work, persuaded to take a vacation, quickly pack up and trust him) I received the answers to questions 1000 and 1 in parts, as if I participated in the quest) Instead of a suitcase, I was asked to take 2 hiking backpacks, so I decided to miss don’t have to! And now our whole friendly company on the plane, a flight with transfers through Vienna, overboard – beautiful Austria.
September was not chosen by chance: firstly, there is no such full house at work as in summer and winter, and secondly, prices in September are lower than in season, and tourists are not crowds, but this is important. Reverse side of the holiday on the Cote d’Azur.
Having settled permanently in Germany, we decided to drive Europe by car during our summer vacation. Having visited Spain, France, we stopped on the Cote d’Azur. This was our first trip abroad, since in our native Ukraine we did not go further than the Black Sea. We looked forward to the trip, having read before it on the Internet enthusiastic exclamations about this resort.
The first thing that upset me was the beach. It is small, narrow, and even pebbles, and not clean sand. But most of all I was outraged that the main road passed just along the main beach. Even to go to the Arabat Spit in Genichesk you can see a more attractive beach than this. More decent beaches were on the territory of expensive hotels, but since by law they have no right to protect their territory, there is no point in paying big bucks for a wonderful beach, as next to you has the right to rest any person who came to this beach. The color of the water of course in the sea lives up to its name. I’ve never seen one like this before – crystal clear and transparent! You could of course visit paid beaches, prices for which ranged from 40 to 50 euros per person. Continue reading
